Quote process

Project Quote Process

Build a quote brief around countries, devices, traffic, and delivery requirements so the commercial scope can be checked before deployment.

Answer first

Catalog plans are usually enough when the buyer is validating one country, one device class, visible pricing, and a simple delivery path. Once the rollout spans countries, hardware classes, eSIM, CMP, API, or volume planning, it should move into a project quote.

When catalog plans are enough
Single-country pilots, sample validation, and early-stage buying benchmarks.
The target hardware type, traffic model, and delivery path are already fairly clear.
When to move into project quoting
The rollout spans multiple countries, installer groups, or hardware classes.
The project needs eSIM, CMP, API, centralized control, or more complex delivery and operations planning.
Buyers should submit country list, device type, quantity, monthly usage, delivery timeline, and whether physical SIM or eSIM is needed.
Project brief for your inquiry
Deployment: list countries, fixed sites or travel routes, pilot quantity, expected production quantity, and target dates.
Hardware: provide device and cellular modem models, firmware version, SIM format, and manufacturer band specifications. Do not send passwords or private keys.
Traffic: separate uplink and downlink, routine reporting frequency, and firmware update size and frequency. Label figures as measured or estimated.
Acceptance: describe tolerable outages, field-service constraints, network recovery tests, and who will approve the results. Final test thresholds are agreed per project.
Commercial scope: confirm plan validity, data accounting, delivery destination, activation timing, and required CMP permissions. Share the brief through WhatsApp, WeChat, phone, or the contact form.
